Ryan has raised several hundred million dollars in equity financings and created several billion dollars in shareholder value, through the successful founding, management, and liquidation of multiple industry-defining companies, including dMarc Broadcasting, which was acquired by Google, Inc. in 2006, AdForce (IPO) and 2CAN Media (CMGi).
Michael Keithley

Michael Keithley is an effective leader and manager with a proven track record of building technology teams to solve problems and drive business outcomes on a global basis. Michael advises clients on emerging digital-related issues and is known for his ability to peer around the corner to leverage emerging technologies and their impact on existing customer experiences and business models. Throughout his career Michael has leveraged technology to gain competitive advantage and deliver new value creation models. He is an innovator, collaborator and problem solver who straddles both the CIO and CTO roles. A recognized leader in technology innovation known for discovering and incubating leading-edge technologies by establishing key partnerships with Silicon Valley’s premier technology companies, venture capital firms and startups. A business-centric technology leader who establishes credibility by building strong business relationships, identifying high-value work and delivering on commitments. These senior executive relationships allow Michael to weave himself into the fabric of each business unit’s planning processes and to anticipate what the business wants before they know they need it. Knute P. Kurtz
Director
Knute P. Kurtz has served as our director since June 2017. Until his retirement in June 2016, Mr. Kurtz was the Managing Partner of the Orange County office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”). During his ten years in that role, Mr. Kurtz was responsible for leading all important market facing activities on behalf of PwC and overseeing the delivery of assurance, financial/tax and advisory services to public and private clients in the market. He was a member of PwC’s senior leadership for the Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas cluster of offices and also served as the Market Leader for PwC’s Private Company Services practice in that region. Prior to his role in the Southern California market, Mr. Kurtz served in various other leadership positions with PwC over a career that spanned 38 years and six offices throughout the United States. His professional experience includes serving as the lead advisor and audit partner to public and private clients in a number of different industry sectors and companies as diverse as Fortune 500 companies to high tech start-up entities. In addition to financial/audit services, he has extensive experience in capital market transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and debt offerings. His client work has also included advising audit committees and senior management on matters pertaining to corporate governance, risk assessments, internal controls and strategic initiatives.
Francisco Morales
Director
Mr. Morales is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of 5.11 Tactical. He previously served as its Chief Executive Officer from September 2018 to January 2024, when he transitioned to serving as Executive Chairman. Founded in 2003, 5.11 Tactical is widely recognized as a global market leader in tactical apparel, footwear, and gear for law enforcement, military, and first responders, serving thousands of agencies and institutions worldwide. Mr. Morales holds a B.S. in Fashion Apparel Management, Business and Textiles from Philadelphia University and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Richard H. Taketa
Director
Richard H. Taketa has served as our director since May 2019. Since September 2018, Mr. Taketa has been President of Taketa Capital Corporation, a private equity investment and consulting company. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of York Risk Services, Inc. (“York”), a leading provider of technology-enabled, integrated insurance services to the property and casualty insurance industry, from January 2014 to September 2018, and served as Chairman of York’s board of directors from October 2014 to July 2017. Prior to becoming CEO at York, Mr. Taketa served in a variety of capacities including as the President of Commercial Business, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Taketa joined York in 2006 upon its acquisition of Southern California Risk Management Associates, a regional provider of third-party administration services to insurance companies, where he had served as Chief Executive Officer since 2004. Prior to that, he was a co-founder and managing director of Eventide Capital, a small private equity firm, after working as a corporate securities lawyer with DLA, a global law firm and in various public policy roles with non-governmental organizations in Washington, D.C. Mr. Taketa currently serves on the board of directors of Palomar Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded provider of property catastrophe insurance, and has also served on the boards of directors of several privately-held companies and charitable organizations. He was named an Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 for the State of New Jersey. He has been a recurring guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a member of the California Bar Association, inactive status. Mr. Taketa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a law degree from Stanford Law School.
Michael Zilis
Director
Mr. Zilis brings over 30 years of experience empowering companies to deliver leading customer and partner experiences globally. Since January 2020, he has served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Ingram Micro Inc., a $50+ billion revenue company and one of the world’s largest providers of technology and supply chain solutions. Zilis has been with Ingram Micro for almost two decades, previously serving as EVP and Group President of Asia Pacific, where he led the region’s operations and drove the company’s global expansion strategy, in addition to running other parts of Ingram Micro’s operations from 2012 to 2019. Mr. Zilis also has extensive financial expertise, as he first joined Ingram Micro in 2006 to lead controllership, financial planning and analysis, long-term strategic planning, financial due diligence and merger and acquisitions. Prior to his time at Ingram Micro, Zilis served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Avnet, Inc. and as a Senior Manager in the Audit Practice at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Zilis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from Boston College.
