Veritone, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Veritone, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERI), a leading provider of cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) analytics and cognitive solutions, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 975,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $23.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Veritone from this offering are expected to be approximately $22,425,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses payable by Veritone. The offering is expected to close on or about November 21, 2017, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Veritone has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 146,250 shares of its common stock, to cover over allotments, if any.

Roth Capital Partners and Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering.

Veritone intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
