NOTE 12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In March 2017, the Company entered into three-year employment agreements with each of Chad Steelberg, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and Ryan Steelberg, the Company’s President. Under these agreements, the Company reimbursed Chad Steelberg and Ryan Steelberg for the costs of their healthcare plans. During the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company expensed $71 and $56 for the cost of such plans, respectively. As of December 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company has an accrual of $0 and $5, respectively related to these healthcare plans. There were no other related party transactions as of December 31, 2019 and 2018. |
