NOTE 10. STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY

Common Stock Issuances

During the three months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company issued an aggregate of 236,156 and 355,790 shares of its common stock, respectively, in connection with the exercise of stock options, issuance of stock awards and vesting of restricted stock units under its stock incentive plans and stock purchases under its Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the “ESPP”).

During the three months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company issued a total of 206,957 shares of its common stock in connection with warrant exercises (see Note 6). During the three months ended March 31, 2023, the Company issued a total of 135,800 shares of its common stock in connection with the contingent consideration arrangement related to the acquisition of PandoLogic, respectively.
